Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a senior mobile engineer who builds high-quality Flutter apps and helps keep our software clean, layered, and easy to evolve. You’re comfortable working across the stack, from Flutter down to platform when needed, you care deeply about automation and release reliability, and you enjoy explaining the why behind technical decisions.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain Flutter features with clean, layered architecture.
Use Flutter architecture patterns effectively, often BLoC, while focusing on sound design.
Read and review code deeply, understand intent, spot risks, and raise the bar on structure, correctness, and maintainability.
Strengthen CI/CD, build and release automation, test automation, linting, release checks, monitoring and observability.
Work at the platform layer when required, including Android/iOS integrations, native SDKs, debugging and performance issues.
Help integrate and run ML models in production via custom inference code.

Strong production experience with Flutter/Dart.
Proven ability to design and evolve layered software architectures.
Excellent code-reading and code-review skills.
A strong automation and DevOps mindset.
Comfortable going into Android/iOS when needed.

Compensation

Minimum base salary according to the Austrian IT collective agreement, ST1 standard level, is €53,802 gross per year, based on €3,843 gross per month paid 14 times per year. Significant overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
