Business Development Representative - Local Partnerships (f/m/d/x)

As Business Development Representative - Local Partnerships you will be part of the Media & Partnership Growth Team to grow the global Shopper Network in the German and Austrian market.

What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage potential publisher partners to meet inventory goals and expand market presence.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with publisher partners, renegotiate terms and participate in review meetings.
• Create partnership proposals tailored to publishers' audiences and monetization goals.
• Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements that provide mutual value.
• Attract national and international publishers, with focus markets Germany, Austria and Hungary.
• Provide strategic input on the network landscape and identify opportunities for supply-side offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Teams and the Go-to-Market team.
• Represent the company at trade shows, sales missions and industry events.

What you will need

• Ability to pitch, negotiate and close deals with clients in digital advertising; publisher experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and knowledge of the AdTech industry.
• Understanding of DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges and RTB.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad stack management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue expectations.
• Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel and tools such as Google Analytics.
• Great organizational skills and ability to manage many tasks at the same time.
• Native level German and fluent English.

Salary and location

For applicants in Austria, the minimum salary according to the Austrian IT collective agreement is EUR 3,063 gross per month. The fixed gross salary range is EUR 50,000 to EUR 70,000 per year. Offices are located in Berlin, Dresden and Vienna, with a flexible hybrid model.
