Senior Production Controller (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
- Perform monthly analysis of production figures and key manufacturing performance indicators.
- Analyze production cost deviations and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate capacity utilization, including the impact of idle capacity on production costs.
- Develop and maintain production controlling guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Lead the implementation and rollout of production controlling processes across local entities.
- Ensure consistent application of production costing methodologies and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and local management teams to improve production performance and cost transparency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, costing, and operational efficiency.
Your Profile
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in production controlling, manufacturing finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA production processes.
- Solid understanding of production costing and manufacturing accounting principles.
- Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to design, standardize, and roll out processes across multiple locations or legal entities.
- Strong understanding of production cost variances, capacity utilization, and the financial impact of idle capacity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working in an international manufacturing organization.
- Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights.
