Your job responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows integrated into real business processes
Build and maintain Python-based AI systems including LLMs, embeddings, retrieval and orchestration
Work with large, heterogeneous datasets such as ERP data, emails, documents, files and APIs
Design and manage vectorization pipelines and retrieval strategies
Trace, monitor and debug LLM calls, prompts, outputs and failures
Define and enforce quality, reliability and evaluation standards for AI outputs
Collaborate closely with product, business and tech stakeholders
Decide when AI is the right tool and when it is not
Document architectures, trade-offs and decisions clearly and pragmatically

Comfort working with ERP data and Microsoft systems
Product mindset: you care about outcomes, not just models
High sense of ownership and responsibility for system behavior
Clear and structured communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Persistence, curiosity and motivation to learn
Experience integrating AI into real business workflows is a strong plus
