Full Stack Product Developer / Systems Architect (w/m/d) (Vollzeit / Teilzeit)

Wir suchen jemanden mit umfassender Erfahrung in allen Bereichen eines typischen Web-Development-Stacks: Frontend, Backend und Server. Du musst nicht in allen Bereichen Experte sein, solltest dich aber sicher fühlen, Aufgaben oder Probleme auf jeder Ebene des Stacks anzugehen. Problemlösungskompetenz und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise sind unerlässlich.

Der Stack, mit dem du arbeiten wirst, sieht wie folgt aus:

• Frontend: typescript, react, tailwindcss, react-query, storybook
• Backend: typescript, node.js, koa, graphql, langchain, mysql (via objection.js), docker containers
• Mobile: capacitor, fastlane
• Infra: alles von verwalteten Docker-Servern bis hin zu Kubernetes-Clustern, IaC via Terraform
• AI: ovos play bietet mehrere AI-gestützte Funktionen, von einem agentischen Autoren-Assistenten über generative Medien bis hin zu Endnutzer-Chat- und Lernfunktionen. Modernste Coding-Tools wie Cursor oder Claude Code werden von uns bereitgestellt.
• QA: E2E-Tests mit Playwright und/oder Cypress, jest, vitest
• Sonstiges: Du wirst CircleCI und Github Actions sehen, und natürlich gibt es noch viel mehr

Idealerweise solltest du in der Lage sein, in allen Teilen dieses Stacks zu arbeiten, und dich sicher genug fühlen, um je nach aktuellem Bedarf einen Beitrag zu leisten.

Zusätzlich wünschen wir uns:

• Bereitschaft, agile Entwicklungsmethoden anzuwenden
• kontinuierlicher Drang zu lernen, zu wachsen und mit den neuesten Technologien / Frameworks Schritt zu halten
• Freude an der Teamarbeit
• Fließend Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Kunden aus der DACH-Region)
• Wohnsitz in Wien und Bereitschaft, 1-2 Tage/Woche in unserem Büro in Wien zu arbeiten.

We're looking for someone with broad experience across all layers of a typical web development stack: frontend, backend, and server. You don't need to be an expert in every area, but you should feel confident tackling tasks or problems at any level of the stack. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work are essential.

The stack you'll be working with:

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, React Query, Storybook
• Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Koa, GraphQL, LangChain, MySQL (via Objection.js), Docker containers
• Mobile: Capacitor, Fastlane
• Infra: everything from managed Docker servers to Kubernetes clusters, IaC via Terraform
• AI: ovos play offers several AI-powered features, from an agentic authoring assistant to generative media to end-user chat and learning features. State-of-the-art coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code are provided by us.
• QA: E2E testing with Playwright and/or Cypress, Jest, Vitest

Ideally, you should be able to work across all parts of this stack and feel confident enough to contribute wherever the current need is.

Additionally, we're looking for:

• Willingness to apply agile development methodologies
• A continuous drive to learn, grow, and keep up with the latest technologies and frameworks
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluent German and strong English skills (clients based in the DACH region)
• Based in Vienna and willing to work 1–2 days per week from our office in Vienna
