This position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead our ambitious projects in Greater China region, ensuring flawless execution and world-class results. How You’ll Make an Impact  •Overall responsibility for project execution and results, adhering to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, timelines, and budgets from project release to achieving the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC). •Lead and manage the Project Execution Team, ensuring successful collaboration and flawless implementation of project goals. •Jointly responsible with the Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for the financial outcomes of the project. •Coordinate risk and opportunity management, strictly determining strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities. •Serve as the main focal point for the customer, maintaining outstanding communication and relationship management. •Act as a decisive leader, resolving project-related issues and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. •Ensure the transfer and accurate filing of all relevant contractual data within the Project Execution Team, including meetings, order documents, schedules, communication lines, order variations, and specifications. •Initiates and performs risk assessment/ opportunity on the project and issues a detailed project plan/ report. •Initiates, performs and reports the monitoring of the project progress with respect to QHSE, time and costs. •Implements and authorizes changes in contract and scope of supply and authorizes major deviation in design, schedule and budget. •The PM will sign-off all invoices raised on contracts. Without signing-out no payment will be effected. •The PM should adapt to the changing market and company environment. Work scope could be adjusted during business model change. •Maintaining the good relationship with partners and initiatively contribute ideas to improve the cooperation. What You Bring  •Bachelor degree or above in gas turbine/compressor/steam turbine or equipment/mechanical related background. •At least 5~8 years work experiences in a multinational company as PM. •Proven experience in project management within the energy sector, specifically in distributed power generation. •Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and internal collaborators. •Ability to strictly manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful implementation. •Adapt to the changing market and company environment. Work scope could be adjusted during business model change. •Expertise in risk and opportunity management. •Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. •PM@Siemens or IPMA qualified or other equivalent qualification is a plus. •Suitable for frequent business trip Who is Siemens Energy?
