Key Tasks

You develop tailored sales strategies for your customers and continuously strengthen and expand customer relationships.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact and negotiations through to contract closure.
You build and maintain long-term customer relationships in a sustainable manner.
You work closely with Product Management, Solution Engineering and Project Teams.
By leveraging insights and experience gained through customer interactions, you actively contribute to the further development of the products.
You will be part of a young and dynamic team with comprehensive training opportunities to enhance your sales expertise and support your career development within the Frequentis Group.
You will work in an international environment with customers across Europe and Australia.

Key Qualifications

Knowledge of the Public Transport or Public Safety domain is an advantage.
Experience as a Product Owner and/or in Strategic Project Management is considered a plus.
Experience in sales, particularly in solution selling, with ownership, independent work and experience in building and qualifying a sales pipeline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer and service orientation combined with a hands-on mentality.
Highly self-motivated with excellent networking skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and German skills, as you will be working with international customers.
