Your role at RBI

Act as a key finance business partner for RBI Austria and selected business lines (groupwide).
Analyze financial performance and identify key business drivers.
Prepare management reporting and steering analyses for senior management.
Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
Challenge business initiatives and investment proposals from a financial perspective.
Contribute to the further development of financial steering methodologies and reporting.
Drive ad-hoc analyses and support strategic decision-making.

Your core competencies

University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
Several years of relevant experience in banking, controlling, financial steering, treasury or risk management.
Strong analytical mindset and good understanding of banking business models.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise way.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented working style.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are considered an asset.
