• Responsibility for the strategic development of our digital customer, retailer, and partner platforms throughout their entire lifecycle
• Leading, developing, and strategically expanding the organization with the goal of building high-performing teams and fostering their long-term growth
• Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus, as well as nurturing talent and future leaders
• Shaping the digital customer journey from the first interaction with our brands through purchase and use to service and customer loyalty
• Developing an integrated platform strategy for customers, retailers, and partners, and ensuring a consistent digital experience across all touchpoints
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, and international markets to implement digital solutions with measurable added value
• Taking responsibility for the further development of our digital products, platforms, websites, apps, and customer-centric services
• Establishing clear governance structures, roles, priorities, and decision-making processes

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, substantial practical experience in building and operating digital platforms and e-commerce solutions in an international environment
• Demonstrable experience in building, developing, and successfully leading teams and organizations
• The ability to inspire people to work toward common goals, develop talent, and provide direction and stability even in challenging change situations
• Experience in developing and implementing digital strategies, as well as in successfully managing digital products and platforms throughout their entire lifecycle
• A deep understanding of digital customer needs, customer journeys, and modern digital business models
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, after-sales, and international markets, as well as the ability to align diverse interests toward a shared vision
• Strong understanding of product management, platform thinking, data, and digital customer experiences
• Experience managing external partners and service providers, as well as building high-performing delivery models
• Excellent command of German and English
