Your Mission

As Senior Atlassian Engineer, you will manage Jira and drive architectural strategy at enterprise scale for a high-growth fintech ecosystem. You will serve as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams, solve complex integration challenges, build advanced automations and shape the governance model for fast-moving business needs. You will also mentor junior engineers and help elevate the team’s technical capability.

Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Design advanced Jira reports, high-level dashboards and customised planning views for leadership and business units.
Automate & Integrate: Build advanced automations and integrations with other enterprise tools using third-party apps and REST APIs.
Mentorship & Enablement: Conduct specialised training, advocate for Atlassian best practices and mentor junior team members.

Experienced: You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience administering, engineering and scaling Atlassian cloud systems in a large, fast-paced enterprise or scale-up environment, plus several years as a Business IT Engineer.
A Technical Problem Solver: You have hands-on experience with Assets, advanced automation, JMWE, ScriptRunner and REST APIs. Experience with Extension for JSM, EazyBI and Xray is highly desired, as well as scripting in Groovy, JavaScript or Python.
A Strategic Communicator: You are strong in stakeholder management, consult internal users and guide teams toward sustainable best practices.
