Your Mission

As a Business IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Business IT team with important internal IT tasks. You will provide first-level support for workspaces and cloud-based applications, support onboarding and offboarding processes throughout Bitpanda, and help ensure safe and timely hardware delivery to end users.

What you will do

• Take part in managing key apps and workspaces used across Bitpanda.
• Use your knowledge, skills and insights to help deliver small IT projects and contribute to maintaining high IT security standards.
• Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and assist with overall end-user support.
• Assist the Business IT team with management of the latest hardware and help streamline processes across the hardware lifecycle.

Who you are

• You are deeply interested in IT and eager to learn more about technology stacks such as Confluence, Jira, Jumpcloud, Slack and Google Workplace.
• You are excited to deepen your understanding of hardware lifecycle and best practices in IT security.
• You are pursuing a degree in an IT-related field or have personal projects or professional experience related to IT.
• You are reliable, disciplined, proactive and comfortable taking initiative to solve problems.
