Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously develop the Quality Systems landscape within Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, ensuring effective governance, standardization, and sustainable business value
  • Drive the digital transformation of the Quality organization through process digitalization, automation, innovative technologies, and data-driven solutions
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Quality Systems, including requirements management, testing, releases, deployments, training, and continuous improvement
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, digital tools, and solutions supporting Quality Assurance
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects in the areas of Quality Assurance, Reporting, and Analytics
  • Design and optimize end-to-end quality processes and ensure their seamless integration into enterprise applications and ERP environments
  • Act as the key interface between Business, Quality, IT, Digitalization, and SAP/ERP programs, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement digitalization initiatives, including automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled use cases
  • Lead international stakeholder alignment, system rollouts, and transformation projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards, governance frameworks, and corporate requirements

Your Qualifications

• University degree combined with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation, ERP implementations, Process Excellence, or comparable functions
• Strong hands-on experience in implementing, further developing, and managing systems, releases, rollouts, and change management initiatives in international and cross-functional project environments
• Profound understanding of business processes, system governance, and end-to-end process integration, along with sound knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or comparable enterprise application landscapes

• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills combined with a strong passion for continuous improvement, digital innovation, automation, Artificial Intelligence, and data-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills, professional stakeholder management, and a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownership
