ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll oversee the complete employee lifecycle across Australia, China and Hong Kong, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, consistently and to the highest service standards while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Managing employee relations and compliance is at the heart of this role, where you'll provide risk-based advice on workplace matters, coordinate with legal counsel, and ensure we're always aligned with the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
  • Payroll governance sits firmly in your hands, partnering with payroll providers to ensure accurate processing, timely payments and compliance across all benefit programmes.
  • You'll leverage HR metrics and workforce data within our HRIS platforms to identify trends, support strategic decisions and prepare insightful monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Championing our company culture, you'll implement engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives that strengthen our organisational values and create a positive employee experience.
  • Working closely with leaders, you'll support Health & Safety compliance, oversee workers' compensation and injury management programmes, and coordinate training initiatives that reduce workplace risks and improve wellbeing outcomes.



ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven experience in a similar HR operations or People Services role, with a solid understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional employee support.
  • Your knowledge of Australian employment legislation is strong, and you're comfortable providing practical, risk-based guidance to leadership on complex employee matters.
  • A degree in HR or a related field would be valuable, along with experience in the tourism industry, though we're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate relevant expertise.
  • Your problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and communication skills help you navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
  • You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in everything from payroll approvals to employee records.
  • You're self-motivated and confident working independently, taking initiative to solve problems

Für die Beschäftigten in Österreich bedeutet das kurze Wege im Alltag und zugleich die Stabilität und die Möglichkeiten eines börsennotierten Konzerns.

Die Berufsbilder reichen weit über die klassische Reiseberatung hinaus.
