Procurement Professional (m/w/d)

To strengthen our Procurement team, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support international customer projects in software, licensing, and commercial procurement matters. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, technical experts, Product Centers, suppliers, and manufacturers, making a significant contribution to the successful and cost-effective delivery of our customer projects.

• Support international customer projects in software procurement, licensing, and contract-related procurement matters
• Analyse, calculate, and evaluate software, subscription, support, and cloud offerings as well as licensing models
• Review, coordinate, and negotiate contractual and commercial terms with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers
• Process procurement requests and support proposal preparation as well as project cost calculations
• Create and maintain material numbers (SAP) for project-related products and solutions
• Coordinate with project teams, Product Centers, technical experts, and international subsidiaries
• Support supplier management activities, market analyses, and compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives (e.g. IT security)

• Completed business, technical, or commercial education, or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in Procurement, Software Licensing, Commercial Management, Bid Management, or a comparable environment
• Interest in software technologies, licensing models, and IT solutions, combined with strong analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP; knowledge of Jira is an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
