JENTIS has experienced extraordinary growth since the company's foundation in 2020 and is seeking a German and English-speaking SDR. As a Sales Development Representative you will take in new leads and transform them into successful and long lasting business relationships.

Your playground

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities via proactive sales outreach.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and build relationships with the brand.
Process marketing leads from events, webinars, paid campaigns, website and other sources.
Contact and qualify prospects via creative email and messaging campaigns.
Set appointments, follow up on leads and assist Account Executives with discovery call preparation.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
Stay up-to-date on competitors, market trends and industry developments.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the leadership team.

What to bring along

2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in sales/business development.
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
Proven track record in successful lead generation.
Process-oriented mindset with a good understanding of BDR/SDR processes.
Enthusiasm for sales and outbound activities.
Willingness to travel to the Vienna office at least four times per year.

Experience with ABM campaign management.
Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company and a remote-first scale-up environment.
Understanding of web tracking fundamentals.
