Your areas of impact
As Project Quality Expert, you act as an independent quality authority within complex new product development and industrialization projects. You represent Product Quality in cross-functional project teams and ensure that quality, reliability and risk requirements are consistently integrated throughout the entire product development process.
- Ensure quality excellence throughout the entire product development lifecycle
- Drive quality and reliability requirements in new product development projects
- Lead risk assessments and quality reviews to support successful product releases
- Act as the quality representative in cross-functional project teams
- Evaluate qualification and validation results and initiate improvement measures
- Provide independent quality recommendations for project milestone and release decisions
- Present quality status, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and reliability standards
Your capacity for excellence
- Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics), Quality Management, or a related technical field
- Several years (12-15) of experience in Product Quality, Project Quality or Reliability Engineering
- Proven track record in supporting complex development and industrialization projects
- Experience in moderating FMEAs
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and challenge teams in an international environment
- Fluent English skills and good German language skills enabling active participation in meetings and day-to-day communication
