Position Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships within the U.S. power generation and distribution market. The role focuses on driving sustainable sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's presence with key customers. As a trusted partner to customers, the Key Account Manager builds strong stakeholder networks, leads commercial discussions, and collaborates closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. This position is ideally suited for an entrepreneurial sales professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for building business in a dynamic and growing market.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work remotely is $89,900–$134,900 per year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education. Zelisko is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations. Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, employees (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, vision, and basic life and disability insurance. Employees also will be able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 120 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of Personal Paid Absence every year. Employees will also enjoy 12 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday throughout the calendar year, subject to relevant terms outlined in the employee handbook. 6 weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use. Requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents and policies. Employees working on federal contracts covered by the Federal Paid Sick Leave requirements will be notified and will receive benefits consistent and compliant with the FPSL requirements. Hired applicant will be able to purchase company stock, subject to the relevant plan documents and annual bonuses based on achievement of certain metrics of up to 15% of annual salary. In Mödling südlich von Wien baut Zelisko Technik, die man im Alltag selten sieht und trotzdem ständig braucht: Messwandler in Umspannwerken, Signale an Bahnübergängen, Ticketdrucker in Bus und Bahn. Drei recht verschiedene Welten an einem Standort. Den Betrieb gründete 1918 der Techniker Josef Zelisko, seit 1988 gehört er zur Knorr-Bremse-Gruppe.
Das Unternehmen arbeitet in drei Bereichen. Im Energiegeschäft entstehen Strom- und Spannungswandler sowie Sensoren, also jene Bauteile, die in Schaltanlagen messen, wie viel Strom fließt, und ohne die sich ein Netz weder steuern noch absichern lässt. Der Bereich Signalsysteme sorgt für Sicherheit auf der Schiene, von der Bahnübergangssicherung über Streckensignale bis zu Fernsteuerungen. Im dritten Bereich dreht sich alles um den öffentlichen Verkehr, um Bordrechner, Ticketdrucker und elektronische Fahrscheine. Allen Geräten gemeinsam ist der Anspruch an Sicherheit. Hält ein Bauteil nicht, was die Norm verlangt, fährt im Zweifel kein Zug. Geliefert wird weltweit, an Energieversorger und Schaltanlagenbauer ebenso wie an Bahn- und Straßenbetreiber.
In Mödling, am Gründungsstandort, sitzen Entwicklung und Fertigung; dazu kommen Niederlassungen in Holice in Tschechien und in Berlin. Seit 1988 gehört Zelisko zu Knorr-Bremse, dem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Bremssystemen für Schienen- und Nutzfahrzeuge.
