Are you passionate about logistics processes and able to translate complex operational workflows into practical, easy-to-understand training experiences? For our site in Egelsbach (near Frankfurt am Main), we are looking for a Logistics Process Trainer (m/f/x) who enjoys developing employees, strengthening process understanding, and contributing to high-quality, standardized process execution. Working in an international environment, you will leverage your excellent German and good English language skills to deliver effective training and support the continuous development of our teams. Your Responsibilities
- Deliver logistics process training: Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees covering inbound, outbound, warehousing, picking, packing, and returns processes.
- Provide on-the-job coaching: Support employees directly on the warehouse floor and ensure that operational processes, quality standards, and work instructions are applied safely, efficiently, and consistently.
- Build process and quality understanding: Explain SOPs, SWIs, and operational standards in a clear and practical way, helping employees understand not only how tasks are performed but also why they are important.
- Manage training qualifications and documentation: Maintain training records, competency assessments, and training matrices to ensure transparent tracking of employee qualifications and development.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify training needs, close knowledge gaps, and continuously improve training concepts and materials in collaboration with Operations, Quality, EHS, and other stakeholders.
Your profile
- Professional experience: You have experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a comparable role within training, quality, or process management.
- Process knowledge: You are familiar with SOPs, SWIs, process workflows, and quality requirements and can translate complex information into practical training content.
- Training and coaching skills: Ideally, you have prior experience delivering training sessions, conducting coaching activities, or supporting knowledge transfer in an operational environment.
- Language and IT skills: You possess excellent German and good English language skills and are confident using Microsoft Office applications. Experience with LMS platforms, Excel, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Personal strengths: Strong communication skills, initiative, accountability, and the ability to motivate and develop employees with different levels of experience complete your profile.
