Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the regional HR roadmap and key transformation priorities, with a focus on services and the operating model
  • Establish and maintain execution governance, tracking, and follow-up mechanisms
  • Coordinate cross-country and cross-functional HR initiatives
  • Prepare leadership materials, decision papers, and steering discussions
  • Drive selected transformation topics and ensure progress against milestones
  • Support alignment between the Head of HR Europe (w/oGermany), HR leadership, and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to organizational effectiveness, collaboration, and change adoption across HR Europe

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, or strategy implementation, with a focus on HR services and operating models
  • Excellent powerpoint skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, change communication, and facilitation skills
  • Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proven ability to work across international and matrix environments
  • Strong analytical, structured, and execution-oriented mindset

Support the Head of HR Europe (w/o Germany) in driving the HR Europe roadmap, including the implementation of the People Strategy and HR Strategy. A key focus for the coming years will be the HR transformation agenda across Europe, with emphasis on digitalization, processes, services, and the HR operating model for an organization spanning multiple countries. The role ensures that the transformation narrative is translated into clear actions, deliverables, and follow-up in a structured and coordinated way across HR Europe.
