Plant Technical Support Central ist eine Unterabteilung von Technical Operations NCE, die das Servicegeschäft in ganz Mitteleuropa mit technischem Fachwissen unterstützt und als Bindeglied zwischen dem Engineering-Bereich und den lokalen Geschäftseinheiten fungiert.
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
Zu den Hauptaufgaben der Abteilung gehören die direkte Unterstützung von Servicetechnikern bei der Fehleranalyse und Reparatur, die Durchführung von Remote-Fehlerbehebungen an Power Plant Controllern und SCADA-Lösungen, das Remote-Aufspielen von Software, die Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, die Beantwortung technischer Fragen von internen und externen Kunden sowie die Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen. Durch die Bereitstellung hochwertiger technischer Unterstützung trägst du dazu bei, Ausfallzeiten von Windparks in der NCE-Region zu reduzieren und deren Leistung zu steigern.
Als Teil von Plant Technical Support NCE wirst du Mitglied eines erfahrenen und engagierten Teams, das die Umsetzung der Vestas-Strategie aktiv vorantreibt. Dabei unterstützt du die Serviceorganisationen und lokalen Geschäftseinheiten mit technischem Know-how und stellst Kundenorientierung sowie Sicherheit in den Mittelpunkt.

Die Vergütung liegt deutlich über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt (kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt im Metallgewerbe für die Verwendungsgruppe 4 im 1. Jahr: 47.810,14 € (Jahresgehalt) - angerechnete Verwendungsgruppenjahren erhöhen das Mindestgehalt ebenfalls).
