The Markets Compliance Department is primarily responsible for the prevention and detection of insider trading and market manipulation. A team of experts in the area of the Securities Supervision Act (WAG) is responsible for advising business units as well as monitoring securities trading at Erste Group.

Your Tasks

Supporting experts in maintaining the compliance monitoring system to prevent and detect insider trading and market manipulation
Documenting the adherence to compliance regulations within Erste Group
Maintaining and updating watch and restricted lists
Data management and data analysis as well as project work
Creation and maintenance of Power Automate Workflows
Implementing AI used cases
Modernizing reporting infrastructure

Your Background

Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in IT and/or business focus
Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, planning and organizational skills as well as a quick grasp and structured working style
Reliable and independent working with systems
Excellent English skills, CEE language is an advantage
