Responsibilities

  • Be a single point of contact for assigned customers
  • Screen and coordinate pre-sale application and product inquiries
  • Prepare quotes for hot runner, controller
  • Work directly with customers to secure necessary project information
  • Interpret customer drawings / 3D models, project information, and specifications.
  • Anticipate and resolve project problem areas and ambiguities
  • Communicate concerns and potential solutions
  • Prepare and submit project documentation on time to enable design start at committed date
  • Participate at all required kick off, send off, and design review meetings for your projects
  • Know the status of your projects. Hold each department accountable to their commitments
  • Coordinate customer changes and take responsibility that they are correctly executed
  • Manage communication flow between customer, sales organization, and the factory
  • Manage key customer relationships within region to provide high level of service
  • Develop and present technical presentations for design reviews and technology updates. Understand profit and loss of your projects

 

 Qualifications

  • Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and customers
  • Experience in plastics, plastic injection molding technology or mold assembly/design
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Unigraphics or other design platform)
  • Located in Luxembourg but willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • German and/or French will be considered as a strong asset

Definitions

· An "Armed Forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
