Your tasks
- Act as Sales Project Manager for thermal power plant solutions, including ANDRITZ EcoFluid and PowerFluid fluidized bed technologies
- Qualify incoming inquiries and opportunities, and prepare structured bid / no-bid decision inputs
- Develop sales-related winning strategies in close alignment with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders
- Prepare basic dimensioning calculations and technical concept inputs for proposals
- Prepare material take-offs for core equipment and coordinate required technical inputs
- Prepare inquiries for subcontracted works, supplies, and services
- Evaluate supplier offers from a technical and commercial perspective
- Manage tender price calculations and support the preparation of competitive customer offers
- Ensure compliance with internal approval processes, procedures, and governance requirements
- Identify, assess, and manage project-related risks and opportunities during the sales phase
- Maintain professional communication with customers, consultants, partners, and other external stakeholders
- Support customer negotiations in a technical-commercial role
- Ensure active communication and transparent information flow within the Sales Project Team
Your profile
- Degree from a Technical University or University of Applied Sciences in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Relevant professional experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Interest in thermal power plant technologies, boiler systems, and customer-oriented technical sales
- Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English
- Strong relationship-building skills and pronounced customer focus
- Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven working style
- Confident in customer interaction, with the ability to build trust and support commercial negotiations
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and commitment to shared success

In Austria ANDRITZ is legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of €4.354,45 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a market-based salary is offered.
