Your Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation initiatives and software projects
  • Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends
  • Support purchase order requests (POR) for large initiatives and help ensure proper documentation and follow-up
  • Support the introduction and rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
  • Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting
  • Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Support the documentation of project-related processes, newly developed functionalities, and features
  • Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
  • Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation Project Management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s (ongoing or completed) in Business, Computer Science or related
  • High affinity to numbers and financials
  • Passionate about project management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills and a true team player
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
