Wir suchen eine/n motivierten und engagierten HR Business Partner (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Wien. In dieser Rolle bist du eigenständig für die Personalbetreuung in Österreich verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Beratung von Führungskräften und MitarbeiterInnen sowie die strategische als auch operative Personalarbeit. Gemeinsam mit dem globalen und osteuropäischen HR-Team implementierst du HR-Prozesse in Österreich und arbeitest selbstständig an Maßnahmen für die lokale Organisation.
