As our Compliance & Governance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth governance operations across the organization. You will coordinate board meetings and international high-level meetings, monitor governance action points and statutory deadlines, and support board member onboarding and development. Acting as the Accessibility Focal Point, you will help ensure inclusive and accessible governance practices. In addition, you will support innovation initiatives that strengthen and modernize governance processes across the organization.
