• You have a degree in economics, tax law, or a comparable qualification
• You are currently preparing for the tax advisor exam
• Strong affinity for AI and experience with—or interest in—adapting, redesigning, and continuously optimizing processes through digital innovations
• Enthusiasm for tax planning advice in the context of transactions and beyond
• Analytical thinking and an interest in economic relationships
