Your goal is not only to perform simulations but to enable better engineering decisions throughout the entire product development process.
 

• Develop and apply advanced multiphysics simulation methodologies for next-generation semiconductor equipment and processes
• Provide technical leadership for a future Simulation Competence Center
• Perform and coordinate simulations in areas such as: 
  • Structural mechanics / Material behaviour
  • Dynamics and vibration / Motion systems
  • Heat transfer and thermal management
  • Coupled multiphysics problems
• Build simulation workflows that combine results across different domains and tools
• Support concept development, architecture decisions and root-cause investigations through simulation-driven insights
• Collaborate closely with Mechanical Design, Motion Engineering, Software, Process Development, Vision, Product Specialists and System Engineering teams
• Leverage and coordinate external simulation specialists, universities and technology partners
• Establish modelling standards, best practices and simulation governance across projects
• Mentor engineers and contribute to raising simulation competence across the organisation
• Coordinate and administrate Simulation Tools and Team
