STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

Main responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Importer Management System (IMS) and related business applications supporting importer operations.
• Define, document, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Logistics, and Finance.
• Standardize processes across multiple countries and brands while ensuring compliance with local market requirements.
• Lead business requirements gathering, process analysis, system enhancements, and implementation projects.
• Manage the business systems roadmap, backlog, and priorities in alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT, OEMs, software vendors, and implementation partners.
• Oversee integrations between IMS, ERP, CRM, BI, OEM systems, DMS (Dealer Management Systems), and other business platforms.
• Establish and maintain master data governance and ensure data quality across all systems.
• Develop and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, release management, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, regulatory obligations, data governance standards, and internal controls across markets.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What you should bring:

• 7+ years of experience within the automotive industry, preferably with an importer, OEM, dealer group, leasing, or fleet organization.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Manager, IMS/DMS Owner, Business Analyst, Process Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of automotive importer operations, including vehicle distribution, dealer operations, aftersales, parts, warranty, and finance processes.
• Experience working across multiple European markets and/or multiple automotive brands.

• Strong business process mapping and requirements management skills.
• Experience with business system integrations (IMS/DMS, ERP, CRM, BI, OEM platforms).
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Our client is willing to compensate this position with a gross annual salary starting at EUR 75.000,--. Overpayment is possible with relevant work experience or appropriate qualifications
