We are currently looking for a motivated Salon Coach (M/F/X) in the Middle East region to support our partner salons, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
With us, you will become part of a successful team and can express your passion for hair and beauty.

• You support our partner salons and jointly develop strategies that promote the sale of our products.
• You convince customers with strong sales arguments and turn Hairdreams from a „nice-to-have“ into a „must-have“ for your customers.
• You will be given an existing customer base, build customer relationships, and maintain them sustainably.
• You proactively identify, target, and acquire new strategic high-value client accounts in the territory to expand our market penetration and influence.
• You are in regular exchange with your colleagues, and together you further develop the „Best Practice“ strategies.
• You are happy to take responsibility for a large territory (MENA region) and have a high willingness to travel.
