Your responsibilities at waterdrop®
- As a Junior Creative Project Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with the Creative Operations Manager and take ownership of the smooth day-to-day delivery of creative projects, from brief to final delivery.
- You maintain project trackers, timelines and status updates, follow up on deadlines and coordinate feedback rounds and final approvals.
- You ensure briefs are complete before work begins and flag missing information, delays or risks early.
- You coordinate translations, identify language requirements, build timelines, brief the translation agency in Airtable and review translated copy against style standards, supported by Claude-assisted checks.
- You run Claude-based proofreading on final designs and manage revision loops with the agency.
- You manage final assets in the Digital Asset Management system with accurate naming, tagging and clear version control.
- You maintain the usage-rights tracker, file licences and releases and flag upcoming expiry dates.
- You support photoshoots by coordinating product and sample shipments and making sure final assets are stored correctly afterwards.
- You liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on missing information and invoices.
Your strengths and qualifications
- You have successfully completed your university studies.
- You have first experience in coordination, project management, production, creative operations or a similar role.
- You are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- You excel at managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- You are confident following up with stakeholders and keeping work moving.
- You have experience with project-management or collaboration tools and are comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers.
- You are curious about AI tools and how they can make workflows smarter.
- You are proactive, structured and solution-oriented, and you know when an issue should be escalated.
- Fluent English is a must. German or another European language is a plus.

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 40.000 to EUR 45.000 on a full-time basis, all-in. The final salary will depend on qualifications and professional experience, with willingness for overpayment depending on qualifications.
