Are you passionate about creating safe, sustainable working environments and driving continuous improvement together with your colleagues? On behalf of our client, a multinational company that is building up a new site in Austria, we are looking for an HSSE Coordinator (m/f/d) to make a real impact by fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will implement and monitor compliance with Austrian legislation, internal standards, and client requirements across a high security warehouse, ensuring clarity and reliability in all processes.
  • You will conduct site inspections, safety walks, and audits, perform risk assessments, and ensure the effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Additionally, you will oversee safety aspects in logistics operations such as material handling, loading activities, transport processes, and contractor management in dynamic environments. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions while fostering an open, learning-oriented safety culture where continuous improvement is encouraged.

  • You have very good English skills, both written and spoken, allowing you to communicate effectively in an international environment. Ideally, you have also good German skills for a smooth communication with the authorities.
  • Finally, you are structured, communicative, and proactive, taking responsibility for your actions while inspiring others to contribute to a strong and collaborative safety culture.

For this position, our client offers a minimum gross annual salary of €50,000, with a willingness to pay significantly more depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
