The role.
You join Business Operations and own the everyday groundwork that keeps our client accounts running. Hands-on. Real responsibility. From day one.
What you’ll do
- Onboard new StreetCrowders: screening, document checks, activation, first-task support.
- Coordinate the crowd on live accounts: shift coverage, task assignments, reminders.
- Run task and quality checks: verify completed jobs, flag issues, follow up on gaps.
- Maintain the admin configurations in our platform and tools that steer our services in the background, such as task setups, client settings and workflows.
- Handle admin and back-office follow-ups: data maintenance, tickets, documentation.
- Use AI tools to simplify and automate recurring manual work.
What you bring
- You are enrolled at a university or FH in Vienna (any field of study).
- You are fluent in German and English; a CEE language is a plus.
- You are enthusiastic about AI and already use AI tools in your daily work or studies.
- You go the extra mile: you take ownership, follow through, and don’t stop at “good enough”.
- You are hungry to learn: you ask questions, seek feedback and keep improving.
- You are organised, reliable and confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets).

Salary
The salary for this position under the IT collective agreement (IT-KV, Allgemeine Tätigkeiten) is EUR 1,257.14 gross per month for 20h/week, paid 14 times a year.
