Viewpointsystem builds award-winning smart glasses in Vienna, bringing hardware, firmware and software together under one roof. This broad marketing role works closely with the Head of Marketing to turn strategy into action across channels, formats and audiences.

Tasks

• Work across the full marketing mix, including content, social media, online marketing and events.
• Support and execute B2B campaigns focused on lead generation and demand generation.
• Develop the LinkedIn presence through editorial planning, publishing and community management.
• Create marketing graphics, visuals, social posts and simple digital videos.
• Support trade shows, events and B2B seminars.
• Monitor trends, formats and platform updates and contribute new ideas.
• Coordinate external agencies, briefings and delivery.
• Track campaign performance and identify improvements.

Requirements

• Around five years of broad marketing experience.
• Hands-on mentality, ownership and initiative.
• A good eye for design, brand and quality.
• Confidence with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, analytics and social media.
• Creativity combined with performance thinking.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and closely with your direct lead.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or Figma.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
• A B2B, technology or industrial background.
• Familiarity with AI content tools.

Employment details

Permanent full-time employment, 38 hours per week. Onsite at Dominikanerbastei 6, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Start as soon as possible. One-month probation period and 25 days of annual leave.

The advertised salary range is EUR 3,954–4,700 gross per month. The collective-agreement minimum is EUR 3,954 gross per month; the actual package reflects skills and experience.
