Für den Bereich People & Culture suchen wir für das Team Business Consulting ab dem 01.03.2027 befristet für 5-6 Monate einen

Praktikant (w/m/d) im HR-Bereich

Was dich erwartet:

Planung und Koordination von Gesprächen sowie bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Begegnungstagen, Onboarding-Days und Absolventenfeiern
Überarbeitung und Pflege von Dokumenten, Erstellung von Verträgen und Zeugnissen
Pflege und Aktualisierung der Intranetseiten
Unterstützung bei Young Talent-Projekten und im Ausbildungsmarketing (z.B. Praktika, Schulkooperationen, Events)
Bewerberkommunikation und Koordination von Terminen im Recruiting-Prozess
Unterstützung im Onboarding und Offboarding von Auszubildenden und Studierenden (z.B. Vorbereitung von Einstellungsunterlagen, Koordination von Anmeldungen und Formalitäten)
Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben zur Entlastung des Teams

Was du mitbringst:

Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums
Interesse an den Themen Ausbildung, Recruiting und Personalmanagement
Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
