Are you interested in gaining hands-on HR experience in an international environment? Join our Human Resources team and support a variety of HR initiatives while developing your skills in data analysis, digitalization, project coordination and administration
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the analysis of HR data to provide actionable insights and help derive relevant measures
- Contribute to Data Management and AI initiatives within HR
- Support organizational activities related to our Training Center in Harderwijk
- Assist with the roll-out of international Shared Service Center projects
- Provide administrative support and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and an interest in IT and AI
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Copilot
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and dependable, with a strong willingness to contribute and continuously learn

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1990,15 is paid on a full-time basis
