As an experienced Appian professional , you’ll take the lead in shaping our Appian architecture, guiding and mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across complex enterprise applications. Ihre Rolle Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers, setting the technical direction and fostering continuous improvement Define and enforce architecture and development standards in line with Appian best practices Own technical design decisions for complex, enterprise-scale Appian applications Estimate effort and plan delivery based on high-level business requirements Drive CI/CD practices and release governance across the team Ihr Profil 5–7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience 2+ years leading or mentoring Appian development teams Appian Certified Senior Developer Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills (MySQL, Oracle, or similar) Proven experience integrating Appian with external systems via REST and SOAP web services Experience designing scalable data models with Appian Records and Data Fabric Comfortable presenting and justifying technical choices to both technical and non-technical audiences Agile work style & growth mindset: willing to learn, open to feedback, adaptable Nice-to-Have Experience with AI services or decision engines related to Appian Experience in banking or financial services projects Performance tuning of large SAIL UIs and monitoring stacks Experience with Appian plug-ins and customization beyond out-of-the-box capabilities Gehalt & Benefits € 75.000,-- € 90.000,-- Das tatsächliche Jahresgehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
