Your tasks

Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Customer Service per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat
Produktberatung und –verkauf via Telefon/ Mail / Chat sowie Bestellannahme bzw. –anlage
Rasche und sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Kund:innenbestellungen
Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Tagesaufgaben

Our requirements

Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
Rasche Auffassungsgabe
Sorgfältiges und genaues Arbeiten
Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu Überstunden in Stoßzeiten
Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenenddiensten
Positives und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen
Produktkenntnisse in Snowboard, Freeski, Surf und Skate wünschenswert – KEIN MUSS!
