Your Responsibilities

• Leading improvement projects in the Operations department
• Coaching executives to embed the Lean culture (SYNCHRO)
• Developing and continuously adapting the SYNCHRO roadmap for the long-term advancement of Lean and the embedding of the mindset
• Serving as a sparring partner for managers regarding departmental and employee development
• Conducting training sessions and workshops (A3, SFM, value stream mapping, etc.)
• Continuous and active exchange with other experts
• Developing and conducting internal process audits (5S, TPM)

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business field (university or university of applied sciences)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role in the field of Lean
• Enthusiasm for driving Lean forward—both culturally and methodologically—with a hands-on mindset
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
• Independent and structured approach to work with strong execution skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
• Strong process-oriented mindset with a high degree of pragmatic solution-orientation
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
