Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company with a focus on customer-specific and high-quality technical solutions. We are looking for new employees to strengthen the team.

Your tasks

• Inventory analysis and scheduling of supply orders for the plant in the USA
• BOM comparison USA vs. Austria
• Analysis of approved parts lists to determine material requirements
• Creation of order proposals based on the parts lists for purchasing
• Analyzing stock discrepancies and initiating and following up on corrective measures
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of master data in the ERP system
• Preparation of picking lists for logistics
• Close coordination with engineering, purchasing, warehouse and production to ensure smooth supply
• Proactive co-design and optimization of scheduling and supply processes

Your profile

• Technical or commercial training and at least 3 years' experience in materials planning or work preparation in a manufacturing company
• Experience in dealing with parts lists and ERP systems as well as very good knowledge of Excel
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills and initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with our US location
• Very good written and spoken English skills

The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is 3,500.00 euros gross per month for 38.5 hours per week.
