Our client is a highly successful, globally leading industrial company in the field of mechanical engineering located in the greater Linz area. We are looking for qualified and competent employees to expand the team.

Your tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Industrial Engineering team
• Defining clear goals and responsibilities for the team members
• Promoting a motivating working environment and a culture of continuous improvement
• Further development of IE store floor management and ensuring a safe working environment
• Planning, controlling and monitoring industrialization projects up to the start of series production
• Supporting development projects, including prototype and pre-series construction and assembly reviews
• Identification and implementation of measures to optimize production processes and increase efficiency (lean)
• Efficient planning and use of resources (personnel, budget, materials)
• Evaluation and integration of new technologies for the further development of production processes

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training (degree, FH, HTL, HAK) or comparable qualification with several years of practical experience
• Management experience and enjoy working with teams
• Experience in the production environment or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of lean management and process optimization
• Experience in project management
• Understanding of production processes and production organization
• Good SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills, Power BI an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness

This position offers a gross salary from 4,354.45 euros per month / full-time!
