Head of Internal Logistics (m/f/x)

Our client is an internationally oriented industrial company that specializes in custom, high-quality technical solutions. We are looking for new employees to join the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of goods receipt, warehouse management, and order picking across all warehouse areas, as well as production supply
• Responsibility for warehouse inventory and the annual inventory count
• Planning, coordinating, and prioritizing intralogistics tasks
• Leading and developing a logistics team of approximately 50 employees
• Optimizing and ensuring systematic warehousing and optimal production supply
• Organizational development through structural and competency development
• Collaboration with all relevant departments in day-to-day operations, including Purchasing, Production, Shipping and Packaging
• Implementation of digitized processes and application of lean management methods

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training, master craftsman qualification, high school diploma, or college degree, ideally in the field of logistics
• Several years of leadership experience in logistics, ideally in the manufacturing industry, combined with experience in change management
• In-depth expertise in warehouse processes, inventory management, and internal transportation
• A proactive, creative personality with a strong team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a structured, fact-based approach and a strong focus on goals and solutions
• Knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems, as well as an interest in digitalization and lean logistics

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 75,000.00 euros gross per year for a 38.5-hour workweek.
