IT Connectivity Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Design, build and operate enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on stability, scalability and compliance
  • Act as internal service provider and subject matter expert for connectivity-related topics
  • Serve as central point of contact for network and connectivity requests, managing tickets in line with ITIL processes
  • Maintain network documentation and ensure transparent communication of changes and updates
  • Coordinate between local IT teams, internal stakeholders and external service partners
  • Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Datacenter and Plant Solutions teams to drive network governance and standardization
  • Manage and govern external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality, efficient network services
  • Contribute to international IT projects, including new site rollouts, M&A activities and connectivity implementations

Your Profile

  • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and enterprise networking
  • Solid knowledge of modern IT architectures, networks, servers, databases and applications
  • Hands-on experience with firewall operations, routing (L3), VPN solutions, LAN management (L2), switching and Wireless LAN (WLAN)
  • Experience troubleshooting complex, enterprise-scale connectivity environments
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical, business and security requirements
  • Good understanding of IT security, compliance, connectivity standards and best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Team player with experience working in cross-functional, international and multicultural environments
    Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working with internal teams, external partners and vendors

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.417,26 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). Wir suchen Engineering Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit keramischem Vorwissen bzw. Erfahrung in Kunststofftechnik, sowie SAP Inhouse Consultants mit sehr guten ABAP und Prozess Kenntnissen.
