TASKS

• Lead the industrialization of our existing medium-frequency inverter prototype into a scalable series production solution

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and support the setup of internal and/or external production capabilities
• Select, qualify, and manage suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Design and implement test and validation concepts, including end-of-line testing and product qualification
• Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards, regulations, and quality requirements (e.g., IEC, EMC, safety standards)
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Production to ensure a robust product design (Design for Manufacturing & Testing)
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the industrialization process
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, technical standards, and process documentation

PROFILE

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of experience in the industrialization of power electronic systems, preferably in inverter technology
• Strong understanding of hardware and software design in the field of power electronics
• Experience in establishing serial production processes and managing suppliers, ideally in an international environment
• Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, EMC, safety standards)
• Experience in developing and operating test and validation systems
• Structured, independent working style with strong project management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15%)
• Fluent German and English language skills

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross basic salary according to the collective agreement (Metal technology industry) based on full-time employment is 55,771.66 euros per year.
