Our client is a highly successful, globally leading industrial company in the mechanical engineering sector, based in the greater Linz area. To expand the team, we are looking for qualified and competent employees for our in-house service department.

Your Responsibilities

• Global 2nd-level support for machines
• Analysis and resolution of software and machine issues
• International collaboration with service companies worldwide
• Supporting the market launch of new products
• Collaboration with the development team on machine development projects, supporting test customers during the series production ramp-up phase, and analyzing and resolving software issues

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, IT, coding) with at least 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in a similar position is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong service and customer focus
• Independent, quality-conscious work style
• Flexibility and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development

Gross monthly pay, based on a 38.5-hour workweek
