Industrial Engineering Team Leader (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

• Providing technical and disciplinary leadership and driving the continued development of the Industrial Engineering team, including defining clear goals and responsibilities
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of production and logistics processes, as well as workstations and equipment, in accordance with lean management principles
• Layout planning at the workstation and plant levels, and across locations as needed
• Planning, managing, and monitoring industrialization projects through to the successful launch of series production
• Development and maintenance of a standardized process for determining and managing target times
• Evaluation and integration of new technologies to increase efficiency along the value chain
• Further development of shop floor management and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Promotion of a motivating work environment and a culture of continuous improvement (Operational Excellence)
• Serving as a sparring partner for executives in production and logistics

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company
• Several years of experience in industrial engineering, a production environment, or process optimization, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or metalworking
• Leadership experience and a passion for working with teams
• In-depth knowledge of lean management, process optimization, and project management
• Understanding of production processes and manufacturing organization
• A structured and self-directed work style, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Proficiency with ERP systems and very good knowledge of MS Office; Power BI is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 4,000.00 euros gross per month for a 38.5-hour workweek.
