A Snapshot of Your Day

You work closely with project teams, suppliers and quality stakeholders to ensure the quality of electrolyzer packaging solutions and gas diffusion layers (GDL). Your day includes monitoring production and project quality performance, conducting quality assessments, reviewing documentation, and supporting issue resolution. You coordinate preventive and corrective actions, track quality metrics during ramp-up activities, and help ensure compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements from quotation phase through delivery.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Development and implementation of quality management plans, procedures and quality control plans aligned with project objectives
  • Support of projects throughout the entire lifecycle from quotation request to delivery while ensuring quality requirements are fulfilled
  • Monitoring of quality performance, production ramp-up activities and quality metrics, including identification of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions
  • Coordination of quality assessments, root cause analyses and problem-solving activities together with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility for project quality documentation and compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations and best practices
  • Proactive identification of quality risks and implementation of preventive measures to support continuous improvement and quality awareness

What You Bring

  • Mid-term professional experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally within project-based environments
  • Experience with quality management systems such as DIN EN ISO 9001; qualification as an internal auditor is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of quality principles, methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
