Product Builder

wogibtswas.at gmbh

We are the platform turning browsing into shopping. We connect 200 million shoppers with deals they love while boosting local sales for hundreds of top retailers and brands.

In 2024, Shopfully joined forces with the North American company Flipp, creating a global leader in the sector. Together, we reach 400 million households and serve over 1,000 top retailers and brands across 27 markets.

WHO WE LOOK FOR

You will own Marketplace MAU Growth team end to end: acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation across all our consumer apps, in every market. Not a roadmap owner who hands over to Engineering, a Product Builder who leads a pod of engineers and designers and is accountable for the outcome.

The outcome is not just MAU. It is a growing, engaged shopper base that generates the first-party data and high-intent inventory powering our Retail Media platform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the full growth funnel for our marketplaces: paid and organic acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation.
Lead a Product Builder pod with engineering and design, covering discovery, delivery and measurement.
Scale what works across markets. Make successful features work across countries and know when they will not.
Manage other acquisition channels beyond paid, including email, push, ASO and partnerships.
Connect growth to monetization. Work with Retail Media and Monetization teams so audience growth becomes sellable inventory, opt-in shopper data and better targeting.
Run experimentation as a system: cohort analysis, holdouts, incrementality on paid channels and a testing cadence for the pod.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proven track record in app growth: extensive experience in mobile product management and growth engineering.
Full-funnel ownership: experience with paid acquisition budgets as well as in-app retention.
Builder profile: experience leading engineers and designers directly or as a pod lead.
Multi-market experience: experience shipping the same product in different countries.
Data fluency: SQL, cohort and funnel analysis, experimentation platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
Marketplace or ad-monetized consumer product experience is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in a global, distributed environment, with fluent English.

SALARY RANGE

€100,000 - €120,000

LOCATION

While Shopfully has offices around the world, you can benefit from a flexible hybrid model and work where you are most effective in Europe. Full-remote from Europe available.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SHOPFULLY

An opportunity to thrive in a rapidly scaling multinational company.
A vibrant, informal and inclusive work environment.
Autonomy, flexibility and a hybrid work model.
Learning opportunities and regular feedback sessions.
Central, modern offices with snacks, coffee and ergonomic setups.
Team events, offsites, happy hours, company parties and celebrations.
Necessary equipment to work effectively wherever you are.
Additional country-specific advantages based on local contracts and practices.

We are the platform turning browsing into shopping. We connect 200 million shoppers with deals they love while boosting local sales for hundreds of top retailers and brands.

WHO WE LOOK FOR
