As Head of People, Culture & Organisation, you will be a builder and transformation leader with a Group-wide mandate, shaping how Mavie works in practice, from operating models and organizational structures to culture and leadership.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, the salary range starts at €90,000 gross per year. Depending on experience and qualifications, the final offer will be based on market value.
