We are looking for a motivated Project Lead to join our Professional Services team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Life Sciences or Engineering who want to build a career in project delivery, customer engagement, and process excellence.

As part of our Professional Service team, Project Leads work at the forefront of customer transformation initiatives. They coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive the successful implementation of technology-enabled process lifecycle solutions, ensuring customers realize measurable value from their investment.

• Lead customer projects and act as the main point of contact during implementation

• Coordinate specialist teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items; facilitate project meetings and workshops

• Support implementation and onboarding, maintain project documentation, and improve delivery processes

For the Innsbruck, Austria position:

• Professional proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).

For the Charlotte, North Carolina, USA position:

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

• A minimum gross salary of 60.000 EUR per year (overpayment possible)
